Experience: Nurturing & Vibrant (ALP)

Key to the achievement of the objectives of the school’s ALP in Art is its emphases on creating a vibrant and visually-rich learning environment that captures the imagination and inspires expression, and providing a rich variety of learning experiences which nurture students’ artistic growth. These are reflected in the following unique features:

•  A commitment to making the School a Giant Art Gallery, by showcasing artworks in all areas of the school
• An annual art exhibition of student artworks held at the school’s in-house gallery, the Whitebox, or an external venue
• Four Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) dedicated to art
• An annual overseas study trip to enrich students’ learning and life experience
• Scholarships to support students in their art journey in the school or in their post-secondary art education
• A team of art teachers dedicated to the development of future art leaders and practitioners
