Uniformed Groups: National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC)
Overview

The National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) is a uniformed group in Singapore dedicated to developing responsible, disciplined, and resilient young leaders. Working closely with the Singapore Police Force (SPF), NPCC instils values of civic responsibility, leadership, and teamwork while equipping cadets with practical law enforcement knowledge.

To nurture resilient and responsible leaders with a strong sense of integrity,
commitment, and service to the community.
Students who join NPCC embark on an enriching journey filled with character-building
experiences and exciting activities:
Year 1: Introduction to NPCC culture, basic foot drills, and teamwork-building activities.
Year 2: Learning police procedures, crime prevention strategies, and leadership development.
Year 3: Taking on leadership roles, mentoring juniors, and participating in national-level events.
Year 4: Leading the unit, organizing events, and preparing for the SPF-NPCC Badge, the highest cadet award.
Throughout their time in NPCC, cadets engage in adventure camps, live-firing practices, police-related training, and community projects. By the end of their journey, they emerge as confident individuals equipped with leadership skills, a sense of discipline, and a commitment to serving society.
What We Do
Training Sessions: Tuesday 3pm to 5.30pm
Competitions: Annually there are opportunities for cadets
to participate in various competitions such as shooting, campcraft, drills,
CSI.
Workshops & Learning Opportunities: External masterclasses,
camps, VIA or collaborations.
Camps & Bonding Activities: Team-building experiences
