All Secondary One Navalites admitted to our school via DSA will benefit
from customised talent development programmes to groom them to become leaders
in their respective talent areas. These programmes focus on fostering both
performance and moral character, aligning with our school's RECIPE values
of Respect, Resilience, Care, Integrity, Passion and Excellence. Students
will develop their leadership skills through the application of the five
practices of exemplary leadership modelling the way, inspiring a shared
vision, challenging the process, enabling others to act, and encouraging
the heart while actively participating in their CCAs and student development
initiatives.

Visual Arts

Be emplaced on the Art Talent Development Programme (ATDP) wing of our
Art Club, and go through an enhanced art curriculum that stretches their
talents and grooms them for excellence in art

Have abundant opportunities to create and exhibit their artworks in the
school and beyond

Participate in local and/or overseas art competitions and projects on
an individual and/or group basis

Participate in clinics / workshops / attachments with practising artists

Visit and participate in attachments to local art museums and/or galleries

Receive personalised educational and career guidance in art

Based on their performance and other criteria, participate in at least
one overseas art learning trip
Further, students will benefit from an art programme that has, through
continual review and refinement, grown into one that not only provides
